G'day,
The people at PowerVPS very kindly implemented all the security features listed in the security update post (http://forums.deftechgroup.com/showthread.php?t=26) in our space, for which we are thankful.
On reading the information on the update post, some questions come to mind:
5. /tmp hardening: "... /tmp (may be) too small for some operations like account backups/transfers."
Q1) How/when will we know if it is too small?
Also, there are two items which we need to know when requesting support:
7. Disable SSH root access: No-root login info.
8. Change SSH Port: New port info.
Q2) How do we find these two bits of info?
Gracias,
Michael
